Package 1

Meeting Rooms - Conference 80 Theatre / 60 Cabaret
Based upon Magna's flexible new meeting rooms, this package provides a 2500 lumens projector, screen and laptop with lectern for up to 80 delegates theatre style or 60 cabaret. Additional items such as DVD players, small PA systems, and additional technical support can be provided upon request.

Package 2

Fuel Restaurant - Conference 200 Theatre / 100 Cabaret
Tailor made for the Fuel Restaurant, this package provides a full conference system for up to 200 people theatre style or 100 cabaret style. Comprising a set-mounted rear projection screen with 6000 lumens projector alongside a lectern with microphones, this set-up will cater for all your small to medium conference needs.  Included are radio microphones (both hand-held and tie-clip), a presentation laptop controlled from the lectern and comprehensive technical support from a dedicated technician available for the duration of your event. A CD player comes as standard with the PA system, other items can be added upon request.

Package 3

Fuel Restaurant - Buffet Disco 200 standing banquet
For a party for up to 200 guests, the Fuel Restaurant is the place to be! Our in house DJ will supply the tunes to keep you dancing with a 2.5kw sound-system and professional DJ set-up. Topped off with star-cloth back-drop, stunning lights and a smoke machine your party is sure to go with a bang!

Package 4

Big Hall - Conference 400 Cabaret
With a fully controllable lighting rig providing  ambient and stage lighting to great effect, a professional PA system designed to make all your presentations clear and incisive and an AV system which will cope with all manner of media material, the Arena package tackles all your needs with ease. Presentations can be controlled by speakers from the stage or by one of the two permanent technicians on hand to assist with your event, or even advanced remotely using a master cue system. CD players, DVD players, preview monitors, radio microphones - all come as part of the standard Arena package, using the 4m by 3m screen and 6000 lumens projector to great effect.

Package 5

Big Hall - Buffet Disco
Using a sound and light package more usually found in super clubs, the Arena Disco Package is designed to create a party to remember! A stunning intelligent lighting rig, a 12kw sound system, professional DJ and equipment plus a dedicated on-site technician makes for a fantastic show.

Package 6

Red Hall - Conference 400 Theatre
Based around a set-mounted rear-projection screen, the Red Hall Conference has all you will need to create the right impression in this most unique of venues. Supported by two on-site technicians for the duration of your event, the package includes all your sound and AV requirements - radio microphones, lectern microphones, laptops, DVD players and video-switchers allowing your presentations to run smoothly and precisely. Suitable for up to 400 delegates theatre style, The Red Hall package offers a unique way to inform and involve your delegates.

Package 7

Red Hall - Dinner Disco 
Using a sound and light package, combined with the Red Hall's fantastic wall of lights, the Red Hall Dinner Disco includes an intelligent lighting rig, a 12kw sound system, professional DJ and equipment plus a dedicated on-site technician to make for a fantastic show in a really unique space.
