Kia Motors UK tasked their training partner, Motiv8 International, with finding a truly monumental venue with which to launch the brand new Stonic car range to their customer facing sales team. A highly accessible venue was essential, located in the centre of the country. Something with an ‘edgy vibe’ to match the charisma of the Stonic which would act as the training Command HQ, strategically located close to sub venues within the vicinity. And of course, they needed to drive the cars inside the building as well as having extensive onsite car parking facilities.
Magna ticked all the boxes.
Motiv8 devised a cutting-edge immersive training experience which took place across the extensive Magna site. This included a rousing ‘Campaign Speech’ to the delegation beamed live via the enormous multi-media screens of the mighty Face of Steel. In-car learning took place across the outdoor space and of course, healthy and delicious refreshments and catering were on hand throughout to make sure all the ‘revolutionaries’ were refuelled and ready for action.
